Churches seeking to offer the curriculum and program of Christian Leadership University to their communities may do so under the following conditions:

1. Church-centered campuses may distribute the Leadership Training Catalog and the CLU catalog. They may imprint their campus name, address, and phone number in the front of the Leadership Training Catalog (or print their own front cover).
2. Church-centered campuses may personalize the Leadership Training Catalog, detailing any policies, procedures, and pricing distinctions they have.
3. Church-centered Leadership Training Schools may set their own tuition, and keep all money collected for the running of their schools.
4. Church-centered Leadership Training Schools may purchase books, videos, and cassettes developed by Mark & Patti Virkler at a 20% discount.
5. Students seeking credits and degrees may have a dual enrollment with CLU ($25) and the Church-centered Leadership Training School, and pay a $10 registration fee to CLU for each course.
6. The Church-centered Leadership Training School must hold to the Apostles’ Creed.
7. The Church-centered Leadership Training School will pay an annual Curriculum Discount Fee of $250 to Christian Leadership University.
8. The heart of the CLU program is the development of what we believe to be the finest course syllabi in the world today. Tens of thousands of hours go into the ongoing development of these course syllabi. To cover the cost of past and ongoing development, these are copyrighted. Church-centered Leadership Training Schools may purchase the rights to reproduce these for their students for $900 for the complete set of over 100 course syllabi. (Copyright information must remain on course syllabi when they are reproduced). A Minimum of 50% of courses offered must be CLU courses.

   _____ We are not going to use the name of CLU in our literature, but rather operate as a Church-centered Leadership Training School offering certificates and diplomas but not mentioning degrees in our literature. Students seeking degrees will be enrolled directly with CLU.
