D. Our Beliefs:
Even as Jesus "opened the Scriptures" to the disciples on the Emmaus road (Luke 24:32), so today we need the Holy Spirit to assist us by "opening the Scriptures" to our understanding.

G. Rights, Services, and Rules of the Christian Restoration Fellowship International
H. Opportunities for Involvement in The Christian Restoration Fellowship International include the following:
This reflects both a demonstration of Christian maturity, and a willingness to do their life's work as "ministry" unto the Lord. We feel every vocation of life can be done as a ministry unto the Lord, and be an act of discipling that area unto the Most High God.
Since we see marriage and funeral services as being specifically pertinent to those ministers who oversee local congregations, we have reserved the right to perform these services for those individuals who are also certified by the "Minister of the Local Church" sub-network.
I. License and Ordination
Since we consider all of life to be a ministry unto God, all people who have embraced God and His purposes for their lives are actually ministers unto the most high God. And thus, all people with this heartfelt passion may be recognized and set apart by this organization unto the specific vocation/ministry God has called them.
Individuals who are members of the Christian Restoration Fellowship International and desire licensing or ordination may contact the headquarters for additional forms which must be completed.
We accept both men and women for licensing and ordination.
b. Since we see marriage and funeral services as being specifically pertinent to those ministers who oversee local congregations, we have reserved the right to perform these services for those individuals who are licensed "Ministers of the Local Church" sub-network.
c. The licensing Certificate lasts for two years.
b. Since we see marriage and funeral services as being specifically pertinent to those ministers who oversee local congregations, we have reserved the right to perform these services for those individuals who are ordained "Ministers of the Local Church".
c. Ordination status must be reviewed and renewed every three years as a way of helping us maintain the highest standards of excellence throughout the fellowship. Renewal is sought by completing the forms and requirements for both The Christian Restoration Fellowship International and the licensing or ordaining departments. Contact The Christian Restoration Fellowship International headquarters for these forms and requirements.

| "Go Ye Therefore and Make Disciples of all Nations"
Jesus - Matt. 28:19 Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this. Isaiah 9:7 The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool. Psalms 110:1 But He, having offered one sacrifice for sins for all time, sat down at the right hand of God, waiting from that time onward until His enemies be made a footstool for His feet. Heb. 10:12,13 Repent therefore and return that your sins may be wiped away, in order that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord; and that He may send Jesus, the Christ appointed for you, whom heaven must receive until the period of restoration of all things about which God spoke by the mouth of His holy prophets from ancient time. Acts 3:19-21 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee.... Jeremiah 1:5 |
The Lord shall make you the head and not the tail...
You shall be above only, and you shall not be underneath
You shall lend but you shall not borrow...
Deut. 28:12,13 Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and long-suffering with joyfulness; Colossians 1:11 To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus: Whereunto I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily. Colossians 1:27-29 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power: Col. 2:9,10 In the multitude of counselors there is safety. Prov. 11:14 "Not...as lording it over those allotted to your charge, but proving to be examples..." I Pet. 5:3 "When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice..." Proverbs 29:2 |

consumed one of another" Galatians 5:15 "Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge" James 4:11 |

manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the
more, as ye see the day approaching" Hebrews 10:25 | |
|
18. In Summary | |
|
"To sum up, let all be harmonious, sympathetic, brotherly,
kindhearted, and humble in spirit; not returning evil for evil,
or insult for insult, but giving a blessing instead; for you were
called for the very purpose that you might inherit a blessing.
For let him who means to love life and see good days refrain his
tongue from evil and his lips from speaking guile. And let him
turn away form evil and do good; let him seek peace and pursue
it. For the eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and His ears
attend to their prayer, but the face of the Lord is against those
who do evil."
1 Peter 3:8-12 | |
| Pillar One — Illumined Scriptures (Luke 24:32) | And they said one to another, Did not our hearts burn within us, while He talked with us by the way, and while He opened to us the scriptures? KJV | This pillar is experienced as the Holy Spirit illumines Scriptures to us — we sense them leaping off the page or just coming to our attention spontaneously. | This pillar could be viewed as enhanced Biblicism. We go beyond studying the Bible with our intellects only, asking for the Holy Spirit to illumine Scriptures to our hearts and minds. |
| Pillar Two — Illumined Thoughts in One’s Mind (Luke 1:3) | It seemed fitting for me as well, having investigated everything carefully from the beginning, to write it out for you in consecutive order, most excellent Theophilus (NASB) | This pillar is experienced as the Holy Spirit guiding our reasoning process through spontaneous impressions. It is obvious that Luke’s gospel was more than simply investigative research of his own mind, as what he wrote has stood as the Word of God for 2000 years. | This pillar could be viewed as enhanced rationalism. We go beyond simple rationalism to allowing the Holy Spirit to guide our thinking process (through combining intuition and reason) rather than guiding it ourselves. |
| Pillar Three — Illumined Witness in One’s Heart (Mark 2:8) | And immediately when Jesus perceived in His spirit that they so reasoned within themselves, He said unto them, Why reason ye these things in your hearts? | This pillar is experienced as an impression perceived in your spirit. Deep inner peace or unrest is often part of this experience. | This pillar could be viewed as enhanced hedonism in that one is doing what “feels” good; however, in our case, we are going with the “feel” within our hearts, rather than the “feelings” of the flesh. |
| Pillar Four — Illumined Counsel of Others (Prov. 11:14) | Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counselors there is safety. | This pillar is experienced as one asks his/her spiritual advisors to seek God for confirmation, additions, or adjustments in the guidance he senses God has given him. | This pillar could be viewed as enhanced humanism, as we are receiving counsel through others; however, we go beyond people’s wisdom and ask them to impart the wisdom of God to us. |
| Pillar Five — Illumined Understanding of Life’s Experiences (Matt. 7:16) | Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? | This pillar is experienced as one asks God to give him insight and understanding concerning the fruit life is demonstrating. God gives him revelation as to what has caused the fruit. | This pillar could be viewed as enhanced empiricism, in that we are examining life carefully; however, we go beyond our own limited understanding of life and ask God to give us His understanding of what we are seeing. |
| Pillar Six — Illumined Revelation from God Through Dreams, Visions, Prophecy, and Journaling (Acts 2:17) | And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams. | This pillar is experienced as you receive direct revelation from God through dreams, visions, and journaling. Journaling is the writing out of your prayers and God’s answers. | This pillar could be viewed as enhanced mysticism; however, we go beyond just “any” spirit-encounter as we pursue Holy Spirit-encounter. |

biblical Precedents of Multi-Gifted Leaders
Our Definition of "Receiving Mentoring"
How to Discover an Outstanding Mentor
Jesus, the Master Trainer, used apprenticeship. Jesus took twelve men and called them to be with Him.
To be successfully apprenticed to leadership in a particular area, one should look for a person with apostolic abilities. An apostle is a leader who can demonstrate all five heart motivations in his life. He should be able to demonstrate the following:
How to find this person: Look at the accomplishments of the person. Was he given what he has, or did he build it himself? Is he currently modeling the behavior you want to cultivate?
How to find this person: Sense his heart. Is it sensitive and discerning? Is he able to touch true heart issues and bring them forth?
How to find this person: Does your heart feel accepted and loved when in his presence? Can you find others who have been healed by his touch?
How to find this person: Has he taught others? When you interview those who have been taught by this mentor, are they satisfied with their experience? Did it implant in their lives the ability to reproduce the skills of the mentor? Has the mentor written things out in detail? Is it clear and concise, and in a step-by- step fashion? Have you heard him teach? Is he a good teacher?
How to find this person: This person will be eager to spend time with you, imparting his gifts to you. You will not be viewed as a bother, but as one in whom he is investing.
Also, keep your eyes and ears open. You will have serendipitous encounters through conversations, the mail, phone calls, and so on. God is active, giving you what you have asked for. Ask and you shall receive. When you ask in faith, you put out a spiritual magnet which draws the answer (or right people) to you. So keep your eyes and ears open and listen in faith, and see what (or who) God sends your way. And enjoy the journey along the way, for life surely is a journey.
