God’s voice brings Peace and Hope                                     

God’s voice can sustain us through the stormy weather and the dry seasons in our lives. His voice is the anchor that holds us steady. We will not drown because He is the one holding our hands and not the other way around. –Simi Adigun

Hearing God’s voice can sustain us through the stormy weather and the dry seasons in our lives. His voice is the anchor that holds us steady. We will not drown because He is the one holding our hands, not the other way round.

No matter where we are or whatever is going on around us, His voice is enough to bring peace, joy, hope, and bliss into our trying moments and circumstances. All we need to do is find a quiet place, where we can connect with Him in order to release the abundant joy that He alone can give in moments of our loneliness, anxiety, or discouragement.

As we stay in His presence His Rivers of Living Waters of Hope, Peace, and Joy will spring forth within us, consoling our hearts, moving us to a place of expectation and a desire for God’s purpose and plan for us. No matter what you may be going through, remember His promises in Isaiah 43:2 and declare them over your life and situation. “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned, the flames will not set you ablaze.” Isaiah 43:2 NIV.

Finally, it is not over until God says it’s over. He has the final say! His plans for us are for good and not evil, to give us a future and hope. Jer.29:11.
